If you are not satisfied with your B.R.U.S.H. , we’re here to help!
You may initiate the return of an item within 14 days of delivery. Please contact info@dyffernt.us to begin the return process.
Due to the nature of the product and for hygienic purposes, your item must be in new, clean condition in its original packaging. We are unable to accept any damages due to consumer use.
You may incur a restocking fee of up to $15 if:
- Your item is not in original packaging
- Your item is not clean and contains hair or product residue
- Your item is missing parts, including warning tag or heat glove.
If you believe your item is defective or damaged due to manufacture fault, please contact us to make it right. Please DO NOT send back to the manufacturer.
Shipping
Please note we do not offer free return shipping. We can provide a return label and $15 will be deducted from your refund. Once you receive your return label, print it, put it on the box and drop it off at your local post office. Shipping labels are valid for 1 week after so please make sure to drop it off at USPS within 7 days.
If you choose not to use our label and pay for shipping via your own carrier, no fee will be deducted from your refund. We do recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance to guarantee delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process for a refund. You will receive an automatic notification by email once the refund has been initiated to your credit card (or original method of payment). We appreciate your patience as we do have a 14 day turn around.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund notification yet, please check your spam/junk folder to make sure our emails aren’t in there. If it’s been more than 2 weeks since we’ve received your return, please contact us at info@dyffernt.us so we can track it down. Keep in mind it can take up to 30 days to reflect on your statement.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, send us an email at info@dyffernt.us
Gifts
If you would like to return a gift, a refund will be issued to the credit card (or original method of payment) of the purchaser.
